The NPP / Z06 ULTIMATE Exhaust Commander is the First RPM adjustable Bi-Mode exhaust controller for the Corvette C6 and C6 Z06 that has user selectable RPM opening points.
The Ultimate Exhaust Commader is the latest design and evolution of the NPP / Z06 Exhaust Commander Unit Lineup.
This unit allows more options to control your butterflies. You can have Full Open, Rpm Open at the user selected lower rpm point, and the Stock rpm opening point.
With the NPP / Z06 Exhaust Commander, You select the RPM at which the butterfly valves open.
You also can choose the Full Open mode for those times where you want it Loud, User Selectable Lower Rpm open mode to have maximum valve open time with no drone, and Stock Rpm open mode for when you want to have the car operate like stock.
You can switch back on forth between the Full open and RPM open modes instantly with the wireless remote.
This Product works on any 08 NPP Bi-Mode Exhaust system or ZR1 / Z06 Bi-Mode Exhaust system.
It also gives full control to C6 cars that have retrofitted the NPP / Z06 Mufflers and want a RPM opening mode!
It allows users who have retrofitted Z06 or NPP mufflers to a C6 to have a user selectable RPM opening mode, as well as the Full Open, and a full closed mode for retrofit cars. Thus making the retrofitted system work similarly to a Factory system, only Better as the user Commands the valves to open at their selected RPM.
The retrofittted systems do need to have the vacuum control solenoid in place for the NPP / Z06 Exhaust Commander to have the ability to control the Butterfly Valves.
The NPP / Z06 ULTIMATE Exhaust Commander requires NO SPLICING or Tapping of any wires to receive the RPM signal to command the Butterfly Valves to open.
If you wire around the gm controller on a stock car or are a retrofit car you can have Full Open, RPM Open at the user specified point, and Full Closed Modes.
There is ZERO DRAIN ON THE BATTERY WHEN THE CAR IS OFF WITH THIS PRODUCT, AND THE VALVES CAN START IN ANY POSITION YOU WANT! !
